Australian singer/songwriter Sam Fischer writes honest, thought-provoking lyrics that are easy to relate to, with the intention of providing comfort to the listener. The Los Angeles resident has written songs for Ciara, Clean Bandit, and Jennifer Hudson, and has been releasing solo material since 2016. After being featured on Black Saint's 2019 hit "Everybody Wants You," his earlier solo tune, "This City," took off later in the year and became a significant streaming hit. A deal with Sony produced the 2020 Homework EP and led to a series of duets including 2021's "What Other People Say" with Demi Lovato and 2023's "Alright" with Meghan Trainor.
