Postage & Packing

All orders under £50 will be charged £4.95 for posting and packaging.

All orders over £50 postage and packaging are FREE.

All orders are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays, depending on when the order is placed.
Orders placed between Friday and 3pm Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Orders placed between Monday and 3pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Thursday.

Pre-Releases will be shipped in time for the release date. If ordering several Pre-Releases, all titles will be shipped together, once they have arrived with us at the shop.

Any order not received within 15 days can at that point be recorded officially ‘missing’ to Royal Mail. In this instance, please contact us at info@roanrecords.com

We use the CLP bulkwrap range for our vinyl mail orders, very easy to open, 100% recyclable and FSC certified. Featuring impact-buffer-edges, strengthened corners, variable depths for up to six vinyl albums, securely sealed and easy opened
